Pizza Calzone
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Dough:
-Water warm 1 & ½ Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster Sugar) 1 tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 & ½ tsp
-Sunridge Chakki Atta (Wheat flour) 2 & ½ Cups
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Olive oil 2 tbs
-Olive oil 1 tsp
-Olive oil 1 tsp
Prepare Chicken Pizza Filling:
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Boneless chicken small cubes 300g
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes ½ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) ½ Cup
-Black olives sliced ¼ Cup
-Cheddar cheese grated 1 Cup
-Makhan (Butter) soft 3 tbs
-Dried parsley ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tsp
Assembling:
-Pizza sauce
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
-Dried oregano

Directions:
Prepare Dough:
-In a jug,add warm water,caster sugar,instant yeast and mix well,cover & let it rest for 10 minutes.
-Transfer to a bowl,add half quantity of chakki atta & whisk well for 5-6 minutes.
-Now add remaining chakki atta,salt,olive oil & mix well.
-Transfer the dough to a clean working surface & knead until dough is formed.
-Add olive oil & knead again for 3-4 minutes and grease with olive oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour (warm place).
Prepare Chicken Pizza Filling:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,garlic & mix well.
-Add chicken & mix well until it changes color.
-Add red chilli powder,salt,onion powder,dried oregano,black pepper powder,lemon juice,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add fresh coriander and mix well.
-Let it cool.
-Transfer to a bowl,add capsicum,onion,black olives,cheddar cheese,mix well & set aside.
-In a small bowl,add butter,dried parsley,red chilli crushed,garlic & mix well.Garlic herb butter is ready!
Assembling:
-Knead dough until smooth,sprinkle dry flour and divide the dough into 6 portions.
-Take one portion (120g),sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-On half sides of the dough,add & spread pizza sauce,add prepared chicken pizza filling (2-3 tbs), mozzarella cheese,red chilli crushed and dried oregano.
-Apply water on the edges & flip the other side on filling,twist & turn the sides,pinch & seal properly (makes 6).
-Place prepared calzone on a baking tray,apply garlic herb butter with the help of brush & make 2 small cuts with the help of knife.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 20-22 minutes & serve!

-Jug mein neem garam pani,bareek cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 10 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Bowl mein dal dein aur chakki atta ki half quantity dal ker 5-6 minutes kliya ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Ab chakki atta ki remaining quantity aur olive oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Dough ko clean working surface per dal dein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Olive oil dal ker 3-4 minutes kliya dubara ghodn lein aur olive oil sa grease ker lein aur dhak ker garam jagha per 1 hour proof hunay kliya rakh dein.
Prepare Chicken Pizza Filling:
-Frying pen mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken dal ker rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Lal mirch powder,namak,onion powder,dried oregano,kali mirch powder aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Bowl mein dal dein,shimla mirch,pyaz,black olives aur cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein makhan,dried parsley,lal mirch crushed aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein,Garlic herb butter tayyar hai.
Assembling:
-Dough ko smooth hunay tak ghond lein,atta chirak dein aur dough ko 6 portions mein divide ker lein.
-Ek portion (120g) lein,atta chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Dough ki ek side per pizza sauce dal ker pheela lein,tayyar chicken pizza filling (2-3 tbs),mozzarella cheese,lal mirch crushed aur dried oregano dal dein.
-Dough ki edges per pani laha lein aur dosri side ko flip ker lein,sides ko twist turn ker lein air pinch ker ka properly seal ker lein (makes 6).
-Tayyar calzone baking tray per rakh dein,garlic herb butter laga lein aur knife ki madad sa 2 cuts laga lein.
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 20-22 minutes kliya bake ker lein & serve karein!
