This Neapolitan Homemade pizza is look so great and very crunchy in the crust, and have a big hole in the edge and soft inside, just very simple ingredient Neapolitan type 00, water, yeast and salt.

Ingredient Below:
________________

* 523 g of Neapolitan flour type 00 + extra for dusting
* 335 g of water (room temperature)
* 15 g of salt
* 1/2 tsp of dried yeast
* olive oil for flouring in the bowl (cooking oil)

Tomato seasoning:
_________________
* Salt, black pepper for taste, 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1
tsp of onion powder, 1 tsp of Italian Herb.

Filling:
_______
* Cherry tomato, sun dried tomatoes, mozzarella cheese/ shredded parmesan cheese, green olive, basil leave.



Method:
1. Provide a mixing bowl and prepared all the ingredients like, Neapolitan flour type 00, water, salt and dried yeast
2. in mixing bowl of water add in the salt, mix with hand until dissolved after that following 3 handfull of flour in, mix it then (bcs yeast doesn't like salt) add 1/2 tsp of dried yeast mixing to well combine, after all mixed add remaining the flour. mixing again to well combined, kneading for 5 minutes in the bowl. After 5 minutes kneading dusting the surface work place with flour transfer the batter in and kneading for an other 20 minutes, total kneading is 25 minutes ( this process is will make the pizza dough rise, crunchy and soft when you baked) make a big ball the dough put it to the bowl it was flouring with olive oil then covered with wrapping plastic let it rest for 2 hours in room temperature.
3. After 2 hour rest, place to the work place and divide into 3 pieces aqually make a ball. place it at food containers with Dusting a flour first ( can use baking tray also) and let it rest for 6 hours in room temperature with lid cover.
4. Now is start to make pizza after 8 hours rest, Preheat the oven in 250°C for 30 minutes with a pizza stone inside the oven. take one dough and flatten with a baking pepper below had brushing with olive oil first, the brushing the dough with olive oil then apply tomatoes sauce was already season and then the filling.
5. Place the pizza in the oven place it at the top level let in bake for 15 minutes then bring to Below level for an other 7-10 minutes to cook the bottom side
6. Pizza is ready to serve....enjoy!!!
